- Designed the kinematics of the Tripod trapezoidal steering mechanism (Ackerman type) having minimum turning effort using SolidWorks and ANSYS, also enhancing the kart’s maneuverability with perfect steering geometry
- Initiated team formation; managed relationships with 20 team members; coordinated among sub-teams; managed a sum of 1.5 lakhs (INR); formulated cost reduction strategies during the fabrication phase; generated DFMEA & DVP reports
